Our Founder
I'm Gladys Kwarteng, a mother of two, a certified NLP master practitioner and the founder of Returnity Consulting. There is nothing more life-altering than giving birth and entering the world of parenthood. And like many mothers, my life truly and deeply altered.
After my first maternity leave, coming back to work proved to be challenging; different team, new manager, new priorities, and not necessarily a support system to transition.
I founded Returnity Consulting because I sincerely believe that organisations can play a bigger and better part in Parental Transition if they receive the right support.
I bring a refreshing, passionate and energetic approach to parenthood support and coaching, helping you create a balanced, inclusive and parent friendly working environment.
